You can get it any time and then have a normal cycle or Irregular periods is also common after delivery specially when u r breastfeeding. Some may get it as early as two months and some don't get it even after a year. While few others get it one month and suddenly no periods for couple of months or Some may get too early every month before completing one month with more than usual flow or at times only spotting . If you have doubts, then it is good to consult your gynecologist once. But it is always good to use contraceptive methods after delivery even if u have irregular or no periods.
