hi... I am a mom of 2 kids one is 2yrs 5mths ols another is 5months now.. both the kids are on breastfeed... all these days I had regular periods after delivery but now for the very 1st time I hv missed my periods its been 3days now is this normal or what should be done pls reply???

A. yiu must stay positive abd try to delf care. take calcium supplements too and taje lots of fruits abd vegetables as tgey help yu to cope up in that. thats all
