Hi...I am a mom of 1 month old boy baby.... Baby is only fed with mother's breast milk... Baby has been pooping once in 3 or 4 days... However it sometimes extends to day 5 Or so... But when checked the stomach is soft, no vomiting, no crying and the baby takes feed as usual... Is this common?? Also please let me know how many days a baby can go without pooping?? What should be done to regularise his pooping?

A. ir is ok then .Breast milk is very necessary for the growing baby specially for the first 6 month of life and should be exclusively. If due to any reason not possible then only top milk should be given to the baby .
