#asktheexperts My son is 3 month old and from last few days he s pooping once in a week. as I heard it is normal. But kindly do suggest some diet which I should follow and he s breastfeeding and some times I should give him formula milk once or twice a day

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, many exclusively breastfed babies poop once in 7-8 days, do not worry. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Avoid giving formula. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby digestion.

Author of questionMom of 2 children3 years agoA. could you please suggest some foods to increase the breast milk ? somedays it's not enough for him. I do eat apple pomegranate and drinking milk (4 times in a day)
