Q.

Hi, i am a breastfeeding mother. my milk has reduced since i have taken the covid vaccine. Any suggestions to increase the supply?

A. include more garlic in your diet and drink more water.

A. probably there will not be any relation for the covid vaccine and reduced milk supply at present you are baby is already 4 months you can take some adequate milk and fruit juices

A. hi mam, breastfeeding works on demand and supply. so please offer plenty of breastfeeds . massage your breasts with coconut oil. you can take fennel seeds water, jeera water or drumsticks soup for this. or you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day. stay stress free.
