Hi, I am 7 weeks pregnant and my doctor asked me to take gct test with 75gms after 2 hours and it was 155. Is it too high, what foods can we take to reduce it.

A. hi mom yes its high but it can be controlled through proper diet diet plan needs to be given for controlling sugar and good growth of baby i see lot of gestational diabetes baby so advising you to see a dietitian
