hi I am 38 weeks pregnant now I am getting mild stomach pain but not contractions actually I am not able to differentiate the normal pain and labour contractions. Yesterday I also spotted a little bit of blood I am very confused please give me clarity in that

It is definitely advisable to immediately get in touch with your consulting gynaecologist for proper medical guidance in this matter.
