yes we can definitely have lichi and safed jamun fruit, all the seasonal fruits are healthy and good for everyone make sure you are having it in moderation because anything in excess is not good for health.
avoid pineapple though

Yes you can have both the fruits..
Except pineapple and papaya you can have all the seasonal fruits
Litchi and safed jamun are good source of antioxidant so there is not problem in having it
