Hi I am 3 months old c section mother my Tummy look so big at upper abdomen and flat at surgery line upper and stomach hole down space and big belly at upper of my stomach hole how to heal this can I tie saree now to reduce tummy or what to do pls help me

Well I was tell you giving belt or sarees only helpful immediately after your delivery because the stomach becomes very loose after three months it’s not going to make any sense but if you’re facing any discomfort you can talk to your doctor but for weight reduction you have to do workout when your body is ready for it currently it would not be suggested
