Hi I am 21 days mother I feel more gassy can any one please suggest me what to do

A. U Should have only light kind of which is easy and healthy for you to digest other than that would advise you to add good amount of ginger into the food that you are eating like a moderate amount of ginger that would really help a lot in controlling the gas issues and also if you want to you can add carom seeds into your food
