Q.

hi, I am 16 week pregnant. My NT scan was 1.2 mm, but double marker was 1:100, as pappA and HCG was problem. so doctor asked for NIPT or amniocentesis, but I chose NIPT as I was scared of amniocentesis. My NIPT result is low risk. please suggest if that is okay.

A. Usually if NI PT shows low risk then you can be relieved. As always amniocentesis is more confirmative as it will also do karyotyping and everything can be known for sureWrite Your Answer Here
