try to sleep and lie on left side.
even while getting up.
you should take side.. then get up..
have Sunbath every morning for half an hour

It is very common. But if you are having extreme pain then in such is you should definitely consult with your gynaecologist about it because your doctor can only advise you will after examining you. You should not take any sort of medication till it is not advised by your doctor
