Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi height mostly determined by genetics. so please don't take much stress for this. just give Healthy diet. give green veggies , fresh fruits, nuts, dry fruits,, multigrain food items more. encourage your child to do more physical activities like cycling, stretching, jumping etc
