Hi how to grow height for my 23 months boy ? doctor said he is on lower side his height is 81 cm and weight is 11.

A. Hi dear mom At two years the height should be around 85 cm. The height is genetic and depends on the height of the parents. Give diet rich in protein calcium, dry fruits and nuts, Banana milk etc for height increase
