Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good evening !! Might be ear wax if it's not cleaned then it dries up. While cleaning utmost care is very important as ear is very sensitive organ. Consult Paeditrician or ENT specialist for drops and ask procedure to clean in safe way.
