ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. 450 ml per day of milk intake is fine for this age. a 1-year-old gets approximately one 8-ounce that is approximately 240 ml water every day. This amount increases each year.for two year old 16-ounce that is 480-500 ml water should required every day.

Also from now try to give everything that you normally have n cook at home . you can should start giving all family foods..only by giving family foods baby Wil get used to it and in further they will hav e all foods. Let it be less oily and spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday and few nuts everyday.
