hi hello! I'm a mother of 2years 4 months baby it's my 1st baby I got delivery though c section my age is 25years Now my problem is I'm having painfull urination, watery vigenal discharge ,frequent urination,ithing, pain in vigenal, facing pain after intercourse. these are happening from last 1week pls help me out please anybody
