Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is due to pregnancy O ly and better to evaluate once with your gynecologist once in person as medicine should be taken as per your gynecologist only as she knew the exact health conditions of your pregnancy.
