Hi gud morning. i am having fever,cold and had paracetamol and citrizen tablet.after few hrs i fed my little girl... afterthat she got fever and had vomtings...if mother is haing fever cannot feed babies or what. plaese let me know

A. it is not like that and the mother can feed the child and the feeding does not caused directly cough and cold but there might be a possibility that due to viral origin it must have spread to the child
