Hi good morning.. My kids are too thin in health how their health can be gain

A. Dear mum, if child is active playful, achieving growth milestones, not falling sick frequently, then do not worry. For healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of processed packaged foods
