hi good morning my baby girl 4 months old and 4.7 kgs weights.. she is pre mature baby.. birth weight is 2.4 she is suffering from cold and fever since 5 days.. nosal drops and vicks we are using..

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. according to the symptoms please get a proper consultation done with your doctor so as to get the proper treatment suggestions after clinical evaluation. it is difficult to comment here like this.. only after knowing p&roper details and finding the clinical signs and symptoms it is possible to advise appropriately.. your examining doctor is the best judge to assess the condition and treat accordingly

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Milk is very important for babies specially in the initial days of life breast milk is very important and should be given exclusively till 5-6 months of age .
formula milk should be given only as a substitute to breast milk if due to any reason it is not sufficient to fulfill the demand of the baby. according to the age different stage of formula milk are there like stage 1 till 6 months of age stage 2 from 6 months to 12 months and thereafter stdrage 3 .
after one year cows milk should be started and any kind of health drink powder in milk should be used only after the completion of two years of age .
