Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. this may be due to acanthosis nigricans.
acanthosis nigricans is a skin condition that causes thicker and darker patches in skin creases and folds, such as the neck, armpits, or groin.
it's often seen in kids who are overweight or obese and may be linked to insulin resistance.
although it usually doesn't require treatment, addressing the underlying cause (like weight loss) can help fade these patches.
if you suspect your child has acanthosis nigricans, consult a doctor for proper evaluation.
remember to gently clean the affected skin and avoid harsh treatments. x
encourage a healthy diet and regular physical activity to improve skin appearance.

Could be due to some allergy also currently I would just advise you that you clean this area regularly with a mix of raw milk and white bread because slurry app applied leave it for 5 to 10 minutes and then then you generally scrub it off if it gets better by the time of week to 10 days then let’s go otherwise please consult your doctor
