hi good morning dr my son agastya is just 3.7 not eating properly meal what to do ?? and having some chest conservative

A. dear parent, good morning. to increase your child's appetite, give small frequent meals five times a day. include seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits important for appetite. curd helps. spices like jeera, Hing, mint powder aid digestion.

A. Give toddlers healthy food, and let them decide how much food to eat. Look at toddler appetite over a week or more, rather than over a single meal or single day. Try to create a positive eating environment, keep offering new foods and follow your toddler’s lead.
