In this here it is very difficult to comment properly yuuntil a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so gthat he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Plz visit your peadtrician he may suggest some specialist later pls go to skin specialist, and dnt apply anything without counslting to doctor, as sometimes it may spread too. it seems like some bacterial infections or some allergy too
