hi good evening my baby iz 6 months she got full fever nd cold nd getting teeth nd motion also PLZZ suggest me any medicine

all these are signs of teething and as it's a natural process there's no need to give any medicine.. consult with your pediatrician for proper examination..
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth

Give paracetamol to ur baby for fever. Repeat the dose after six hours if fever comes again.
Give maxtra syrup for cold and running nose.
For loose motions u can give econorm sachet two times a day..
