Hi, Good Evening! My baby is 4 months and 5 days old ,she is getting little bit cough some times , can I give her paracetamol syrup, or suggest me any other syrup, which I can give to my baby to get the relief from it. please suggest dose time also. Thanks in advance for your kind suggestions!

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. kufril LS drops to the baby for cough cold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. For a baby under six months of age, mother’s milk is the best home remedy for dry cough. Keep feeding breast milk to your baby as and when required. Breast milk is rich in nutrients and provides antibodies to the baby to fight infections.
