Hi Doctor, good morning Siddhi got fever yesterday evening and I have given her paracetamol solution 5 ml twice in a gap of 6 hrs. Now little bit of temperature is there. So should I give paracetamol again?

A. you need to keep baby hydrated and repeat the dose of Paracetamol as per the prescription of your doctor every 6 hours because viral fever can take three to five days to subside completely
