my Misbah Zainab is 4 yrs 8 month now she is going school but when she come back if I give him bath and in the evening she had a cough and cold and a little bit fever

A. you may give her a quick bath. most of the cases of fever cough cold are viral in nature. give her immunity booster food and keep good hygien
