Hi, good evening Doctor, my's 1 year 3 months girl baby suffering in cold, now I'm giving kofarest drops, but not cure for my baby, any other better drops or tonic for cold doctor

A. hi, give her Cetrizin 1.5 ml syp 2 times, a day.. also stick to the good home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest/sleep, and using nasal saline drops.
