I think the products you are using are not suiting your child. However, you can use Johnson's Baby lotion or cream. This does not have any side effects on the child and the skin of the child remains good.

Consult your child’s doctor for a personal diagnostic and seek medical advice . Maintain a good routine for the child and follow your doctors advice.
