hi from yesterday I am getting headache a lot and I am 3 month pregnant what should I do can I take tablets please help me

A. yes of course if you are having more of headache you can take the tablet but avoid taking painkillers on regular basis during pregnancy the headache may be related to acidity so maintain timely intake of food

A. thank you so much headache was due to acidity so I applied balm only not taken any medications but really thank you so much next I ll be make sure to take food intake at correct time and even I ll try for icepack too... thanks a lot

A. Use a Cold Compress. During pregnancy, migraine can be caused due to expanded blood vessels in the head. A cold compress can help in tightening the blood vessels and shrinking the cells and thus help in alleviating the pain. You can use an ice pack if you like or you can make a cold compress at home.
