hi from couple of weeks my 2.3 yr son is irritated whole day , i donot see any health condition problem. only thing is he appetite is too less only few bites. please suggest what can be done to improve

Teething and specially when molars are coming to a child is completely normal for a child to have this kind of a irritation into their normal behaviour so you can just go ahead be checking the gums of your child this is going to give you better understanding
