hi, for my 3.5 year old girl baby's left eye was swollen and veins on above eye lid was became red and watering from that eye, this condition is already happened in the same eye before 3 months, now again happened. can anyone help me

A. if it is repeated better to see eye specialist doctor. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
