well ,to increase your child immunity,
give Healthy meal to your child
your child meal should include green veggies, fresh fruits, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc
avoid giving outside food items frequently
keep your child well hydrated
give Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder, and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
get your child Vaccinated on time
give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
