Hi few days back...i suffered from cold n fever. .i feel my breast milk supply decreased after this. My kid is not sleeping at night..... how can i get back to normal flow. can anyone suggest plz.

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be bnlieneficial in both the cfases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .
