Most important thing stop giving the child blended food and also reduce the milk intake as milk suppress the appetite
Start with small meals and finger food like home made fries, fruit pieces, home made mathri, small puris or Partha or boiled or steamed vegetables like carrot, cauliflower or cutlet
Do not force feed the child
U can also serve home cooked food and let the child self feed small snacks and for major meals make the child Sit with everyone as it would encourage her to eat food

if a child looks happy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about it.
but if a child has low weight gain or he or she is looking Pale or exhausted ,you must check health issues like nutritional deficiencies, worm Infection, stomach problem like colic, indigestion or constipation etc.
