Q.

hi experts I am the mother of one year twin babies, I am unable to give them food in mash form they still are eating in puree form not really sure how to do the transition here please advise

A. U Start giving food with grains to the child don’t cure them just mash them with a mansion where in a little bit of grains are going to be there in the food so slowly gradually your child will get used to it if you do not start it as of now it’s going to be tough for you in the later time
