hi.. I am mother of 1 yr twin boys.. still they have not started eating mashed food as they always tend to swallow food and not chew.. though they have six teeths ..and have good biting capability.. plz suggest how I can introduce mashed food to them. currently I have to blend and mash every food I give.thanx!

A. Hi as per age your kids will be having only front teeth..so they won't be able to chew food. give solid food items in small pieces and wait till eruption of back teeth.
