#hi expert my baby is 14 months she has hearing loss and doctor said her nerves are weak and said to hearing aid or cochlear implant what may be reason to have hearing loss?

A. hi mam Dr did BERA test she has profound ( severe)hearing loss and Dr told to try hearing aid but she not wearing hearing aid and removes and she becomes cranky and not responding to hearing aid test what can I do
