hi everyone, I need help with my 2 year old boy. I think he is autistic. please help. He reacts to a small sound like coughing and covers his ears. also he doesn't socialize with other children, plays alone. I am living in a Beed district where no children play with him if he tries to get close to him. I don't know what to do.
