How baby reacts to sound and what are the milestones in 1 month?

A. Hello good evening !! Generally new born babies mostly sleep through out the day only wakes up for feed until 2-3 months. But they can recognize familiar voices (mother, father, family members), loud noises,they only cries for hunger,wet nappy, attention ,also for colic pains. By 2.5-3 months they give social smile (smiles back while we smile or Talk to them,recignised members).
