Q.

hi everyone...I m a mother of a 20 months 2 weeks older baby...I just want sm suggestions dat how to stop breastfeeding..bcz I do hv sufficient milk supply,,der is very less amt of milk supply..n she is taking her outside food in well n her health as per who is absolutely good..n most important thing is that I will rejoin my job on June...so plz suggest me hw to do it...

A. Hi.. Chintu time your baby will suckle you will get milk secretion, if you are planning to stop breastfeeding you have to be very firm on your decision do not give up to babies cries and temper tantrums, only then you will be able to stop. whenever the baby is demanding for breastfeed give her milk in the Sippy Cup or offer some thing which the baby likes

A. So If you want you can consult your gynaecologist or the paediatrician they will suggest you the medicine that you should be having and gradually over the period the breast feed is going to dry out completely so that would be one of the best options to go for
