Hi Drs! My son doesn’t eat anything from past few days I try everything to feed him like popcorn , chicken, etc etc nothing he eats for his empty stomach he is always throwing tantrum what do I do??

just give food whenever your child is actually hungry.
don't force feed your child

is there any other things like frequent stomach pain, nausea, unbearable irritability, etc
if no and if your child is happy and active, gains enough weight, then no need to worry about it much.
kids do this
first thing, remember that , kids can not starve ththtththems
