Hi Dr Priyanka.. I had vaginal delivery in May 2021. but my doctor used foreceps during baby to come out. andy baby also had wound bt its now disappeared. I want to know about foreceps delivery. i never heard about this. Is it common.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes. its a good method in second stage. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust herIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusionbest is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get ok
