Hi Dr, My son is 3 n half years old, he has got cold and cough since a month. On consultation, the pediatrician, he told it's allergy and prescribed a cough syrup Ventryl and a cold syrup Monticope. But I wanna know whether there is any anti allergic medicine in Ayurveda which I can give for my kid, kindly reply

Reducing the exposure to the allergy producing substance will help to prevent from cold n cough, according to ayurveda proper dietary habits will help like reduce intake of kapha producing food substance, use of herbs mulethi churan , dry ginger powder will help in allergic cough n cold.
