Hi Dr, My son is 12 kg and 2 yes old. he has cold for past 2 days. Once he was 1 yr his dr recommended maxtra drop and nasal drop. 0.5 ml matra drop thrice a day. Now he is 2 years and 2 months how much maxtra drops dosage should I give him. Please suggest

A. Hello, your baby boy is 26 months old and his weight is 12 kg which is good for his age so according to his weight give him syrup maxtra 2 ml three times a day
