This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for lesgus appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.y
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

You should add all the necessary spices and also try to give variety of food to the child so currently one time I will suggest you try giving more of semisolid food to solid food and change the entire variety I do not know what you’re feeling but you should give everything that you’re making traditionally at home
