hi Dr ..my sister baby 7onths now baby fall down by coat ..but baby didn't get problem . but sister fully scared ..wt to do . any problem for baby pls help me

you need to observe the child for next 24 Hours.
if baby is vomiting frequently then do an ultrasound scan otherwise give just paracetamol drops thrice a day

I understand ur concern.
But if the baby is active and comfortable otherwise, no signs of vomiting or uneasiness, no injury then no need to worry.
