hi Dr my periods is missed on 26 March but I have pain on right side...is this sign of pregnancy

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please use a pregnancy strip to check for pregnancy. Also pain cannot be due to pregnancy. But it is difficult to say anything without proper examination. It is advisable to get yourself evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise accordingly. Thanks and take care
