ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 week agoA. you can give her SYP crocin for fever. give steam inhalation, and give sitopaladi powder with honey. it will help her in cold consult your doctor if no cure after three days

Ma’am you can give Crocin this is one of the best paracetamol for fever you can give her any suggested by the doctor previously and for cold and cough you can give Wikoryl and Cherricof to your child but I would still recommend you to consult your doctor in the first place
